By accessing and using the DDPX platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.
Accounts pending admin approval will have limited access to platform features.
3. Platform Usage
DDPX facilitates B2B transactions and communication between buyers and suppliers.
All transactions conducted through the platform must comply with all applicable local and international laws.
Users must act in good faith and maintain professional conduct in all business dealings.
4. Data Privacy & Security
Your data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Platform data is stored and managed securely using Supabase infrastructure.
Users retain ownership of their data and may request data deletion at any time.
5. Liability & Disclaimer
DDPX acts solely as a platform facilitator and is not a party to any contract between buyers and suppliers.
Users are solely responsible for their business decisions, due diligence, and contract fulfillment.
DDPX is not liable for any transaction disputes, financial losses, or damages arising between users.
6. Fees and Payments
For Buyers: Access and use of the DDPX platform are free of charge.
For Suppliers: Transaction fees may apply to successful orders as outlined in the separate Supplier Agreement.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to our business interests.
9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
